Dear Valued Client,
RE: Coronavirus Update and Working with MDA
We are touching base to reassure you that we are here to be of service and keen to work with you to keep your projects on track.
We are grateful and fortunate to be OPEN and operating business as usual …. whilst also being mindful of, respecting and adhering to Government directives and measures put in place for the health, safety and wellbeing of all.
We appreciate the uncertainty around the current environment, as the world appears to be changing rapidly and on a reasonably regular basis.
We are closely monitoring and keeping up-to-date with Australian Government and World Health Organization recommendations and we are doing everything we can to stay safe, healthy and operational.
Feel confident knowing that we are taking every precaution to protect our staff members and clients, companies, businesses and individuals we engage and interact with, as it is our highest priority to continue to work together for all to be and to remain safe and healthy.

• Reducing face-to-face meetings (especially in confined areas such as
meeting rooms/offices) and social distancing protocols adhered to.
• Attending site inspections only where necessary, and social distancing
protocols adhered to.
• Utilising technology such as telephone hook-up, skype, zoom, etc. to be
available for meetings.
• Ensuring team members not be at work if feeling unwell.
• Capability to work remotely if Government restrictions dictate we need

We have the technology and capability to work remotely if Government restrictions dictate we need to …. as it is our intention to keep operating and maintain a business as usual environment.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during these challenging times and we thank you for your patience, support, cooperation and understanding as we all work through this together.
Stay safe and healthy and we look forward to continuing working with you to successfully bring your projects to fruition.
